Because it is not one. A till records what you sold. Qvian also takes the ingredients out of stock, costs the dish from what you actually paid your supplier, posts the day into double-entry books, and produces the tax records for it. If you only need a till, a till is genuinely the better buy and we will say so.
Access stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Your data is retained rather than deleted, and you can export what you need — sales history, financial reports, customer and supplier lists — before access ends.
New organisations start on a trial with full use of the modules in your plan. Add a payment card before it ends and everything continues uninterrupted; if you do not, access stops and your data is kept.
No. Pricing is per location with unlimited users, so hiring does not increase your bill. A two-person shop and a twenty-person restaurant pay the same for that location.
