How to Become a Marketing Rep
From application to earning your first commission, here's your complete journey
Recruitment Batches
We recruit marketing representatives in batches to ensure quality training and support
Application Deadline: March 1st
Submit your application by March 1st to be considered for the first batch of marketing representatives.
After the deadline, we'll review all applications and begin the training process for selected candidates. The first batch will be recruited and onboarded starting March 1st.

How You Get Paid
Transparent, predictable earnings with a vested payment schedule
For each paying client you successfully onboard, you'll earn MVR 3,000 in total commission. This amount is paid out over 6 months at MVR 500 per month on a vested schedule.
The 6-month payment period begins when your client starts their paid subscription. You'll receive MVR 500 each month for 6 consecutive months, totaling MVR 3,000 per client.
There's no limit on how many clients you can onboard - your earning potential is unlimited. Each client you bring in starts their own 6-month payment cycle, so you can build a steady, recurring income stream.
Example: Onboarding 2 Clients Per Month
Month 1:
You onboard 2 clients who start paying subscriptions.
Monthly income: MVR 1,000
Month 2:
You onboard 2 more clients who start paying.
→ Your first 2 clients continue their payment cycles
Monthly income: MVR 2,000
Month 3:
You onboard 2 more clients who start paying.
→ All previous clients continue their payment cycles
Monthly income: MVR 3,000
By Month 6:
You have 12 active clients with payments staggered across different months.
Monthly income: MVR 6,000
Because each client pays over 6 months, your income naturally builds into a stable, recurring stream. Even if you slow down onboarding, you'll continue receiving payments from clients you onboarded months ago.
