• Accept responsibility for all activities under their account

• Provide accurate requirements and specifications
• Respond to vendor communications in a timely manner

4.2. Vendors agree to:

• Provide accurate quotations
• Honor quoted prices and terms
• Maintain current business information
• Deliver goods/services as specified
• Respond to RFQs within stated timeframes

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1. Users shall not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Manipulate prices or market conditions
• Circumvent the Platform's communication systems
• Harass or discriminate against other users
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Share account credentials
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Platform

6. Fees and Payments

6.1. Free Services:

• Account creation and management
• Public RFQ viewing access
• RFQ notification alerts

6.2. Premium Services:

• Additional features as specified in subscription plans
• Fees will be clearly communicated before subscription
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Quotations and Transactions

7.1. RFQ Process:

• All RFQs must be submitted through the Platform
• RFQs are distributed based on specified geographic locations
• Buyers may receive multiple quotations from vendors

7.2. Quotation Validity:

• Vendors must honor their quotations for the stated validity period
• Prices and terms in quotations are binding upon acceptance

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Platform Rights:

• All Platform content and technology are protected by intellectual property rights
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission

• Users retain rights to their submitted content
• Users grant Qvian license to use submitted content for Platform operations

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Users consent to data collection and processing when using the Platform

• We implement reasonable security measures
• Users must report any security concerns immediately

10. Liability and Warranties

• We are not party to transactions between users
• Users are responsible for their transactions and agreements

• We may mediate but are not obligated to resolve disputes

• Disputes with Qvian will be resolved through arbitration
